Compliance

Built on Title 12 of the Oklahoma Statutes.

All service attempts are conducted in full compliance with Title 12 of the Oklahoma Statutes, including the statutory requirements governing licensed private process servers. Pursuant to 12 O.S. §158.1, service and return of court documents may be completed by an authorized licensed private process server, as appointed by the presiding judge of the appropriate judicial district.

All service attempts are performed by qualified individuals who meet the statutory standards for age, residency and character outlined under Oklahoma law. Service methods and procedural requirements adhere to 12 O.S. §2004, which governs issuance of summons, personal delivery standards and return-of-service obligations in civil actions.

The first attempt is made within 4 business days of your request, contingent upon all required materials being available and subject to recipient accessibility and legal limitations. On completion, you receive a notarized and filed affidavit containing the legally required details of service — with HD video evidence available for every report.

Professionalism, accuracy, confidentiality and strict adherence to Oklahoma’s statutory and procedural requirements are maintained throughout every assignment.
