How we bill
Results, not the clock.
We don’t bill you to sit and watch a clock. We charge for actionable results and documented evidence.
All pricing is determined by the actionable progress of investigators. Once an investigator starts your case, it is their immediate and constant priority. Estimated days required will be provided, and if additional work is needed, you approve it in clear steps — no surprises.
Special requests & custom investigations
Custom investigations are quote-based, priced on scope, complexity and risk level. A defined operational plan and flat rate or retainer is provided prior to engagement.
Extensions
Extensions of service type or investigation period can be agreed between Operator and client. Extensions usually require the first service agreement or retainer to be paid, and normally duplicate the previous service agreement unless otherwise agreed case by case.
Good-faith policy. All investigations are conducted in good faith. Results cannot be guaranteed, but every effort will be made to obtain actionable evidence.
